Railey picked up about 1/2 of her points from the puppy class including one major at just 6 months old at her first show under breeder judge Lisa Young. She took a big win taking Winners Bitch at the 1st Rocky Mountain Hound Association of Colorado show in July of 2010 under judge Lou Guerrero.

On 9/22/11, Railey earned her AKC championship in style going WB/BOW for a 4pt major under judge Beverly Capstick in Helena, MT. The following 3 days CH Railey took SELECT bitch for a 4pt major each day toward her Grand Championship. All 3 of these were competitive wins! This gives her a total of 12 of 25 points toward her GrCH. It was a long hard journey both Railey and I, as her owner/handler, growing and learning. So proud of my NEW CHAMPION!
Railey picked up 8 more Grand points by going BOS at the RCKC and SEKC shows. The last day she took a big win over 3 other specials taking her first Breed win under Judge Judi Bendt.

Railey was started on RATS during the summer of 2011. She seems to have good working ability, now just to put it together and play the game.

Check out Bentley's Winning Record! He finished in just 8 weekends out, 3 of those weekend he came home with majors, completely owner handled! He finished with two 3 point majors, two 4 point majors, and 4 singles for a total of 18 points. Thank you to all the judges who gave us a chance and judged the dog not the handler. :) In February 2010, he took his first Best of Breed/Variety win! Desert picked up her first 2 points toward her AKC championship at the Rapid City Kennel Club shows under Michelle Billings & Barbara Dempsey Alderman. Desert loves squeaky toys and balls. She loves to play fetch with tennis balls and rip the fur off of them. :) I have only shown Desert at a couple of shows in 2011. At the SEKC show in October she picked up 1pt under Monica Canastrini. Desert was started on RATS at the RMEC Earthdog tests during the summer of 2011. She wasn't sure what to think about them at first. We have great hope for her and the rats this coming year.
